Research On The Commercial Insurance Improving The Endowment Insurance Against The Background Of Population Aging

The Problem of Aging of population has become one of the most concerned topics since 21 st century. In recent year, the aging of population in China has been accumulated with the development of economy. Most of cities have already formed the typical aging society, and aging degree of Tianjin city ranks top three. In the premise of aging population of demographic structure in Tianjin, the social endowment is worried. This paper is aims to analyze the Tianjin's aging of population status and social pension situation, discussing the possibility of solving the tough issue of social endowment insurance by applying the analysis on demand of commercial insurance development after Tianjin becomes the aging population city. In comparison to the current social insurance and rapidly developed aging population situation in Tianjin, it has a long distance to match the problem. The social endowment insurance has involved in obvious deficiencies. For example : less coverage and irreplaceable problem on small scale of insurance, etc. Thus vigorously improving the commercial insurance, as the second or third pillar in relation to the social endowment system, will be a powerful complement to the basic social endowment insurance and an impetus to the entire social pension level. Combined with the current economic development trend of Tianjin city and the actual level of demand, three suggestions can be generated on the commercial insurance as follow. The development speed of Tianjin commercial insurance and construction of social commercial insurance system can be improved and completed by a great support from local government, industrial level enhancement of insurance company and personal consciousness development. It will contribute to the enhancement on social pension insurance level in order to provide more comfortable and easier elderly life in Tianjin.
