| The research purpose is to optimizing operating efficiency of commercial bank. There are two main research priorities. First, analysis of different businesses condition of commercial bank is given. Second, ZSG-DEA model is applied to optimize efficiency of internal resource allocation of commercial bank.In the commercial bank business efficiency research, 5 state-owned commercial banks and 8 joint-stock commercial banks are chosen as sample. First, asset business and liability business and intermediary business are analyzed through financial statements from 2009 to 2013. The comparison between different businesses of a bank, businesses between different banks and the longitudinal comparison are carried on. Then, traditional DEA model is introduced. And input and output indicator system is built according to present research. To measure technical efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency of asset business, liability business and total business, input-oriented BCC model and C2 R model are used. The integrated use of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis is taken to explain the result. The conclusions show that Chinese commercial banks development mainly relies on traditional deposit and lending. The business breed is single and innovation ability is poor. At last, some suggestion is proposed for the known problems.There are two points about how to improve efficiency, businesses of bank and ameliorate of inputs and outputs. Thus, in further study, ZSG-DEA model is introduced. A state-owned commercial bank’s 20 sub-branches are samples on the study of optimization of the sub-branch of financial resources. ZSG-DEA model is used to redistribute sub-branch resource. A new DEA efficient frontier formed, and the input resource allocation scheme is obtained. Finally BCC model is taken to test and find the efficiencies of all sub-branches are enhanced by the new resource allocation scheme. |
