Crédit Foncier d'Extrême-Orient was early named Société Franco Belge. later, it changed to the present name, abbreviated as C.F.E.O. Crédit Foncier d'Extrême-Orient was founded in 1907.It is the ratio of the joint venture joint-stock company, the headquarters of which is located in Brussels, Belgium, the total management office of which is located in Paris, France. In the heyday, with branches in Tianjin, Shanghai, Hankou, Xianggang, Beijing, Jinan, with offices in Qinghuangdao and Beidaihe and other places, the business of C.F.E.O. once extended to Singapore and Malaysia. It is one of the largest and most widely influential western construction companies located in China in the first half of the 20 th century.The Business type of C.E.F.O. is very extensive, including real estate mortgage, house rental, architecture design, construction supervision and construction, housing maintenance and management, building materials production and transportation, real estate and cargo insurance, etc. Actually, C.F.E.O.is a huge group, having five parts, loan department, engineering department, insurance department, rent department and flag department.
