The process of construction and demolition of buildings caused a large number of construction waste.Now how to effectively deal with the construction waste has become the primary problem,recycling construction waste is an important way to solve this problem.But now the construction and operation of waste recycling market need to be developed,in this problem,the market participants how to coordinate the pricing of waste recycling construction is the core issue in construction recycling industry.This paper summarizes the characteristics of traditional construction supply chain pattern,and proposed a third-party waste recycling chain pattern based on it,then using the game model of these two patterns of construction waste pricing and overall supply chain performance to do research and comparison.The main contents are as follows:(1)As for the China’s traditional construction waste recycling pattern,considering the construction companies to reduce the waste of effort,the research to coordinate the pricing of construction waste recycling and recycling product are established.The result shows: if the unit transportation cost of construction waste is lower,then the construction waste recycling rate is higher,meanwhile the unit price of waste recycling is higher,and the price of recycled products is lower.(2)As for the third-party construction waste supply chain recycling pattern,In this paper,a third-party waste recycling company are established to sort and transport the construction waste,it aimed at reducing the unit cost of transportation and construction site management fees,and the game model of pricing and coordinating the waste of supply chain recycling are established based on(1).The result shows: due to the third-party waste recycling company saves the unit transportation cost,thereby the rate of construction waste recycling raise,and improve the waste recycling price and resource reuse rate to some extent,so it increases the profits of construction enterprises and construction renewable companies,then improving the overall efficiency of the entire supply chain.(3)By comparison of the two game models of construction waste recycling patterns,using a third-party construction waste recycling supply chain can improve the recycling rate of the construction waste,and increase the profits construction enterprises and renewable resource companies to achieve the optimal performance of the whole supply chain system.(4)By reading and analysis the relevant literature,taking Construction waste management costs of Chongqing City as a model to numerically simulate game models of two kinds of construction waste recycling patterns,then comparison them to verify the results of the game models.
