Retail Listed Company Financial Crisis Warning Research Based On The SVM

Enterprise financial crisis warning research is an hot topic in the academic circles at home and abroad,for the reason that it have a directly affect the enterprise the management of enterprise financial crisis, investors, creditors, securities regulators and government and the interests of stakeholders. Throughout the domestic and foreign related research in the field of company financial crisis early warning, it mainly concentrated in the construction of financial crisis early-warning index system and early warning model construction.And it has constructed an universal financial crisis early warning index system. With the development of economy, however, the differences between different industries is more and more obvious,thus it is imperative to construct financial crisis early warning model of listed companies in view of the retail tradet.This article selects 136 retailing listed enterprises as samples, with the method of literature research, empirical study and comparative analysis, combined with the feature of China’s retail industry, the company governance structure and the types of audit reports and industry environment adaptability index is introduced into the financial crisis early warning index system building, finally established a model of SVM in etail industry listed company financial crisis early warning model. The result shows that RBF function is prefer to others. In terms of retail industry listed company financial crisis warning and polynomial kernel function is to construct the SVM model has a good effect, but with polynomial kernel function is too fitting problems, makes the generalization ability is weak, the RBF function integrated forecasting effect is better and more stability.At the same time,using the SVM model, financial status for the retail has higher accuracy and operate easily.
