Research On The Inventory Control Simulation Of Electrical Business Enterprise Based On The Service Level

All kinds of traditional industries constantly Integrate with the development of the Internet information technology and the emergence of e-commerce opens up a wider market of retail industry.E-commerce not only guides the direction of investment and stimulates consumpt io n demand,but also promotes industrial structure adjustment,increases the proportion of service industry and accelerates the innovation and development of traditional industry.A new electric business enterprise will inevitably encounters all sorts of problems and one of the promine nt problems is about the service level.A reasonable inventory control can effectively reduce the inventory cost and raise the service level by avoiding the shortage.The paper study the inventory control optimization problem by the method of simulat io n.The concrete research content is as follows: First of all,the paper analyzed the relevant research through literature search method,including electricity enterprise service quality,inventor y control and the application of simulation method research,and put forward the research questions and research methods.Secondly,statistical analysis results showed that the inventor y factors has remarkable effect on the service level after collecting relevant data by means of questionnaires and analyzing the data by factor analysis,which provides the empirical basis for the reasonable inventory control to increase electricity service level.Thirdly,on the basis of the mathematical model and the inventory simulation model,the results reflected the dynamic relationship between inventory factors and service level of the electricity business enterprise b y carrying out simulation experiments many times.The paper's major Innovation was to improve the service level from the angle of inventory control in the electric business enterprise to achieve the goals of minimizing inventory cost and maximizing service level.Through simulation experiment,the study found that the total inventory cost rises in waves with the increase of maximum inventory under the determine condition of order point;the total inventory cost eventually shows a trend of sharply rising with the increase of order point under the determine condition of the maximum inventory;the total inventory cost increases with the improving of service level,and the results get different service levels corresponding to the minimum total inventory cost and its inventory levels.Through the analysis of above simula t io n results,we get the minimum average inventory cost and its maximum inventory and order point under the certain service level using the Opt Quest optimal search method in the optimal scope of maximum inventory and order point,namely the optimal solutions of the mathematical model by running the simulation.
