The Research About Production And Layout Optimization Of Wheat In Anhui Province

Wheat is one of the three grains, the annual output ranked among the top of all kinds of crop yields. Wheat is one of the human's diets, important food crops in the world scope. Wheat is big country, Anhui province is one of the major grain producing areas in China, also is one important advantage of wheat grain in China. In Anhui province as the research target, this paper analyzed the changes of the layout of wheat production in Anhui province, and the influence factors of affecting wheat production in Anhui province, for the wheat production in Anhui province layout optimization Suggestions are put forward.This research mainly based on the theory of comparative advantage, agricultural scale management theory, the theory of agricultural structure and peasant household production decision theory is discussed, using economic geography as well as the technical means of the econometrics analysis. First of all, compared with the wheat production in Anhui province, get the wheat production in Anhui province in the national status and increase the proportion of the facts. Secondly, analysis of Anhui province wheat production situation around the city, found in northern Anhui province still occupy a large proportion of wheat production, as well as appear to the southwest and southeast expansion trend.
