Study On The Comprehensive Budget Of Thermo Electron Corporation

After researched on the annual budget planning process, find out problems in the process then analyze them and put forward improvement proposals to build a systematic and scientific budget planning framework. The new framework would help the Thermal Company in improving budget management with realistic importance in the further development.This paper first introduces the theory of comprehensive budget. Secondly, the basic situation of the Thermo Electron Corporation is described, and the annual budget of Thermo Electron Corporation is introduced. Third, description on main problems in budget planning and following processes of budget management, then related analysis on these problems. Last, with scientific method and proper measures to solve problems in budget planning which are detailed redesign on previous preparation, model and flow of budget planning, method of budget planning and content of budget planning etc. Expect to be able to give the other power or cogeneration enterprises to provide some worthy of sharing of content and information.
