After entering the Chinese market, the company still adheres to its high credibility of corporate culture and values of high ethical standards Because of their domestic political and legal environment is more complex, the social ethical system is still in a mess, companies have to face ethical dilemmas such as commercial bribery. Employees in violation of the code of conduct and ethics of the events are occurring, and mutual supervision and basic failure reporting mechanism. Those ethical problems on the production operation and long-term development of the enterprise is a threat, is a huge hidden trouble. How to help employees improve the legal consciousness to avoid risks, how to train employees to improve the moral quality specification, is the primary problem to be solved for the company. Company focused on corporate social responsibility and set up the exclusive foundation to support employee volunteer program. However, at present China's social development still faces many challenges, such as health, education, aging, and environment, new urbanization construction and so on, these social problems need to be solved.
