| Financial lease emerged from the United States after World War II. Financial lease has become the second largest financing tools after the bank credit in today's world of economic, because of its strong flexibility and special financing function. During the 30 years since the introduction of financial lease in our country, financial leasing industry has experienced a series of ups and downs in the course of development. From the initial flourish to “the non-payment of rent storm” in 1988, even dated back to the Asian financial crisis in 1997, China's financial leasing industry was almost at the brink of collapse. Until March 2007, the CBRC promulgated the new "Financial Leasing Company Management Approach", which brought the industry into the thriving development track.By the end of 2014, there were 29 financial leasing companies, total assets reached to 1.28 trillion yuan, compared with 2008 years,increased by 40 times, formed three types of Finance Leasing Company.Researchon the Local-establishedFinance Leasing Companies' development strategywill help improvetheir competitiveness. Firstly, this paper analyzes the competitive environment of the Local-establishedFinance Leasing Companies, aims to recognize the macro environment.Secondly, depth analysis of the current development of Jiangsu Financial Leasing Company, recognize the internal environment. Third, using the SWOT model analysis of the Jiangsu Financial Leasing company's internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, based on this, propose the development strategy of the Jiangsu Financial Leasing Company. Finally, put forward the concrete measures to promote the development of the Jiangsu Finance Leasing Company. This article hopes to take the Jiangsu Finance Leasing Company as an example, to provide a reference for the development strategy of the Local-establishedFinance Leasing Companies, and to provide reference for solving the problems in the Local-establishedFinance Leasing Companies. |
