Research On Investment And Financing Of Venture Capital Enterprise

Venture capital, as a kind of investment behavior gradually grown up in the 20 th century, is known as the incubator of the high-tech industry and the engine of the economic growth. As early as the 19 th century, venture capital emerged in the western countries and it gradually developed well in the 1940 s. Up to now, venture capital has become an indispensable stimulus to promote international economic development and maintain economic growth. However, as a micro carrier for the development of venture capital, its enterprise development is the direct reflection of the whole venture capital industry. Since China promulgated "the Decision Made by CPC Central Committee on the Reform of the Science and Technology System” in 1985, the venture capital enterprises have been established one after the other. The promotion of the Growth Enterprise Market in 2009 led a large amount of the capital swarm into the venture capital industry, which caused the scales of venture capital enterprises expanded rapidly. The development of this industry was once in the expansion phase, but it also led recently emergent industries, such as high-tech green environmental protection industry, develop. However, in the recent years, venture capital goes into the phase of the deep adjustment, because the slow speed growth of Chinese economy, the downturn of the foreign capital market and other reasons.Based on the venture capital enterprise as the main body, this paper researched the financial problems of the venture capital enterprises from the perspective of the financial management. Through the explanation of the concepts of venture capital and related financial notions, the paper introduces the financing connotations and processes of the venture capital enterprise. Furthermore, I did a brief review about the historical process of the development of Chinese venture capital enterprises, collected a large amount of data and stated their current developing situations. In particular, the paper focuses on the phases of financing and investment and lists a large number of graphs. It also provided a vivid explanation of the venture capital enterprise financing and investment phase and a deep analysis of the present problems in the developing stages. Only through analyzing the problems and finding the obstacles in the development, venture capital enterprises could get out of the developing bottom as soon as possible and play its functions as applying medicines according to the indications. At the end of the paper, the related suggestions and responses of solving the financing and investing problems of Chinese venture capital enterprises based on Chinese current situations, in order to promote the development of these companies, the construction of Chinese multilevel financial system and the capital market, which will lead a positive development of Chinese market economy.
