Now, with the development of the scientific technology, the complexity and comprehensiveness of the modern technology and the variety of the market requirement make the independent research of the enterprises become harder and harder. The organization of networked research becomes the important method of increasing the enterprise technological innovation and improving the central competitiveness. It is the era of knowledge-driven economy nowadays. Knowledge has become the important means to change the fate of enterprise development, and it also becomes the most valuable core-element and the strategic resource. With the increasing in the role of knowledge in the enterprise, more enterprises enhance the core competitive advantage by absorbing cutting-edge knowledge. Because of the increasingly competitive market, the large and bloated organizational structure is not conducive to the improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Hence, enterprises have to consider reconstructing the organization structure and breaking the hierarchical organization structure. Meanwhile in order to enhance the market competitiveness, the suppliers, customers and research institutions or competitors should cooperate together in the form of networked research. This is the networked trend which consists of the internal organization structure change and the horizontal integration of the cooperation among enterprises. Through organizing the integration enterprise internal and external information resources, the synergy effect of "1 + 1 > 2" is realized. Therefore, to research and develop the networked organization model, and influence the knowledge absorptive capacity of members is of great significance.Firstly there is the relevant theoretical overview of the networked research and development of network organization, the network organization mode, the innovation of knowledge absorptive capacity, and the organization structure. Next based on the predecessors' research, the project viewpoint of research and development of networked organization members internal organization structure innovation of key influencing factors have been summarized. On the basis of above analysis, there are differences between the research and development of networked organizational members in individual and group the work task, behavior characteristics, capacity requirements and collaboration and the general research and development organization. The effect of key factors of research and development of networked organization mode for members of the internal organization structure innovation is revealed. The research and development of networked organization mode in promoting members internal influence mechanism in the process of organization innovation is built. The empirical analysis is displayed. Finally the conclusion isillustrated as follow: network research and development strength of the relationship of the members of the organizational mode has a positive impact on members of the organizational structure.This thesis provides the theoretical guidance to the operation of the networked research organization. There is the great significant research to the members of innovation in the form of organization, speeding up the efficiency of the project cooperation development, improving the cooperated performance and members of the organization of company performance.
