However, with the constant change of the social economic development, our country in the process of promoting the adjustment of economic structure, industrial transformation, abuse of government procurement system has been reflected, facing a series of challenges, we are aware that, although the government procurement system implementation has made many outstanding achievements, but compared with the many international government procurement system more perfect,mature countries, whether in the planning or norms, there are still a lot of defects.China’s government procurement law only set the stage in the framework, implementation,operability is not strong and the law itself; the government procurement practice deviated from the principles and objectives of the originally set; government procurement plans and implementation is not strong; the existence of government procurement supervision law violations against the disadvantages of poor increasingly, in the face of these problems, the government how to deal with these challenges, seize the opportunity, the right to play the government procurement in regulating economic balance, lead optimization, seek the positive role of the new economic breakthrough point of industrial structure, it is very worthy of consideration.Therefore, conscientiously sum up the problems existing in the current government procurement problems, analyze the causes of these problems, looking for effective prevention measures, to improve the utilization efficiency of financial funds and how to better, strengthen the management of expenditure, reduce waste, improve efficiency in the use of funds, the prevention of corruption, which is conducive to economic development, has the important practical significance.
