The Golden Tax Project is of great strategic status in the construction of national Twelve Operation Systems. And the Third Golden Tax Project is a milestone in National E-Government System. This project will benefits improving tax affairs service standards, standardizing tax-law-enforcement, improving ratepayers’ satisfaction while obeying the law and improve the taxpayers’ satisfaction. The implement of the Third Golden Tax Project in Guangdong has a great significance of its expanding nationwide. The author, who has participated in and knows well in the third Golden Tax Project, has overcome lots of difficulties with his colleagues. By summarizing solutions to the problems of the management project in Foshan Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, The author hopes to provide reference for the implements of the Third Golden Tax Project in other cities or for some similar National E-Government Systems.This thesis mainly analyses three management problems of the third Golden Tax Project execution phase that have been found in Foshan Municipal Local Taxation Bureau and provides several solutions. These three problems are as following: The problem of requirements in developed areas which are full of large volume of business, plenty kinds of business, such as Guangzhou, Foshan; the communication of management in reporting problems which happen in the implementation phase of the project; and the change management problem of disapproval. According to studying the case in the Third Golden Tax Project and summarizing the solution in Foshan Municipal Local Taxation Bureau will help the people who carry out the large E-Government system in the future. |
