The rapid development of mobile Internet enables business model of retail industry has been seriously challenged. Retail on Internet was silent but menacing, making traditional company in this context have transformed. “Double” business model of “entity& network” become the most solution, which is gradually into full-channel retail model.However, during this transition, there are many problems and challenges. In this environment, business model is necessary to re-interpretation urgently, and the business model elements innovation is much needed. How to collaborate “double” model and how to manage flexibly has become an important problem, which is inextricably linked to its constituent elements. This paper attempts to extract and analyze factors of business model by grounded theory, studying Retail Company including Suning and Better life group.Aiming to explore the retail company how to choose and how to collaborate the business model, “entity & network”,in the Internet environment. The conclusion is that companies should focus on the combination of elements in the selection and innovation process of business model.
