Study On Investment And Financing Policy Of Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation

With the improvement of people's living standards, tourism is increasingly demanding. According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, in 2013, the total annual domestic tourism spending is up to 2627 billion RMB. In 2020, the total tourism spending is predicted to be 5500 billion RMB, urban and rural residents are predicted to travel 4.5 times every year, and Tourism Industry GDP is predicted to account for more than 5% of the total GDP. In the rapid development of the tourism industry, this industry has become one of the world's largest and most dynamic growth industries, the tourism industry has been established as one of the leading and key industries by more and more countries and regions. However, with the development of China's tourism resources, investment and financing problems is serious ly restricting the development of tourism industry.In this paper, we used Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation as a case company. First of all, we analyzed the current situation of Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation investment and financing. Then we found that the main problems included low investment decision-making efficiency, portfolio concept missing, accounting distortions in financing cost, small investment and financing scale, high financing cost, low rate of return, low business specialization, single investment and financing mode. Secondly, this paper analyzed the factors and principles of Investment and Financing of Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation, and analyzed Investment and Financing risk of Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation. Thirdly, this paper designed investment strategy, financing strategy and management mode for Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation. Finally, this paper gave some recommendations to assure the effective implementation of the strategies of Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation. Those recommendations came from aspects, such as creating investment system, broadening financing channels, nurturing financing subject, building investment and financing management systems and establishing training mechanisms.This paper studied on Investment and Financing problem in Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation. The study might help solving Hunan Tianyi Tourism Development Corporation's investment and financing problems and improving the quality of the investment and financing decisions. In addition, this paper might favor solving other tourism development companies' investment and financing problems.
