Since the reform and opening up 30 years, China has undergone enormous changes, along with the times and China's economic development, exchanges between China and the international community has become increasingly frequent. Since 2001 China joined the WTO, China's development has attracted worldwide attention again. Now, the "Chinese speed" has become a major domestic and international search engines vividly buzzword, has become a synonym for China now. As early as 1993, "Ma's Army" to dominate the world of Middle Distance, "China Speed" The word has entered the stage of the world. And Now, "China Speed" is no longer confined to sports circle, but a rising power and a leaning his amazing power and steady pace led the world economic recovery. In Chi na, "China Speed" is actually a synonym for the outbreak of various industries in China's overall style promotion and rapid development process. However, the rapid economic development, China has also exposed many internal problems. Particularly in relatio n to the income gap problem, has always been a focus of academic research in China, but also a social hot spots. As the scale of China's ever-changing business factors large, trade, FDI, technological progress of China's urban-rural income gap has become a focus of research scholars, however, most of these studies mainly focus on trade in goods and China carried out between manufacturing, trade in services for the research on the impact of the income gap has few, while the level of technology advances are o ften also considered exogenous variables exist, and not well taken into account endogenous technologies. Now, China's service trade has been considerable development, and with the continuous improvement of the material for national spiritual and cultural needs, the proportion of trade in services in foreign trade continues to rise, trade in services for the first quarter of 2014, services imports and exports increase speed is higher than the 16.6 percent growth in trade in goods, trade in services accounte d for the proportion of total foreign trade reached 12.8%, higher than the 1.6 percentage points from the same period last year. And in 2007, China's service industry for the first time exceeded the secondary industry, and in 2013 the proportion of GDP, va lue added services for the first time exceeded the secondary industry, and the information technology revolution has enabled the development of China's service industry has become increasingly Based on information networks and other high technology, human capital and technology-intensive industries characterized by knowledge, innovation and management software size and strength are also benefits beyond traditional manufacturing date. It is in such a background, I will draw on the basis of previous studies on trade in services to China, the impact of technological progress and the income gap between urban and rural areas of our research and analysis, and the technological advances incorporated endogenous variable simultaneous equations model, further inspection, trade in services in urban and rural income gap affecting our country, but also can thus have an impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas affected by the technological level of China's progress in China's service industry of such a transmission mechanism. According to China's provincial panel data from 2007 to 2012, and for the country as well as the eastern and western regions were measured at the regression analysis, the main findings are as follows:(1) trade in services and income gap between urban and rural areas of positively "U" shaped relationship, nationwide most provinces and service trade dependence has not crossed the inflection point, is still in the left "U" shaped curve, but this relationship was not significant in the western region, which shows the development of the western region bradycardia did not able to trade in services in the Western Region the income gap between urban and rural areas affected;(2) technical progress of trade in services and the services sector showed a positive correlation, indicating that the development of China's service trade can contribute to improve the level of China's service industry technical progress, but this relationship is still not in the western region significantly; the impact of technological advances(3) trade in services due to our services on our income gap is also showing positive "U" shaped relationship, indicating that the impact of trade in services by service level of technology advancement and thus to generate our income gap a mechanism for such impact is transmitted to exist.
