Since 2010, group buying websites in China rapid growth, quantity much like the river's carp, rapid from the "hundred regiments" evolved into "thousand regiment war", especially the 2011 years of the development process showing a typical inverted "U" curve, after experiencing a severe industry reshuffle in the year 5188 most of the decline in the home for the end of 3909. This article is based on this background, the system of our country network group purchase business model and innovation, and poly cost-effective as an example to explore the new situation under China's group buying website business model innovation the rationalization plan. Compared with similar research, this paper has a certain degree of meaning of theoretical innovation and practical significance, is mainly embodied in the following aspects: one is the research will be helpful for our country network group purchase industry, especially the group buys a website business model research of innovation; the second is the research will be helpful for building the network group to buy business model innovation and core competitiveness; third, the research will be helpful for the healthy and sustainable development of China's group buying on Internet and electronic commerce industry.The content of this paper mainly consists of five parts. The fifth part is the conclusion, it is the research summary of this paper.Through the research, the article thinks that the Cost-effective in the business model selection and Optimization in the domestic leading position, but there are still many problems, it should be from the main elements of the business model, the internal resources, profitability and industry value chain to optimize and innovate. From the analysis results and practical effect, the article provides some reference and ideas for the business model innovation of Cost-effective.
