Studies On Culture Construction Of Datang Huayin Electricity Enterprise

Central enterprise is a significant power of building the overall society in China and an important foundation for our party, which play a great role for enhancing economic strength, national defense strength and national cohesion. Therefore, it is a hot topic of concern to society about how to promote sustainable development of Central enterprise. The study object of the paper is Datang Huayin Electricity Share Co., Ltd(hereinafter “Huayin Electricity”). The paper puts forward a set of cultural concept system of fitting for Huayin Electricity development in the future to promote the cultural soft power and boost sustainable development through its investigation, analysis and diagnosis for existing enterprise culture and combination development strategies of Huayin Electricity. The results of studying on culture construction of Datang Huayin electricity enterprise are not only having great practical significance for the sustainable development of Huayin Electricity, but also providing a good reference for the same types of central enterprises listed companies.The paper firstly introduces enterprise culture of Huayin Electricity, including the introduction of existing enterprise development and culture. In order to provide cultural construction basis, the paper carries out comprehensive analysis of the present corporation situation through the questionnaire. Secondly, the author proposes cultural construction program and dynamic evaluation system and formulates relevant measures to achieve cultural management, enhance enterprise competitiveness and promote sustainable development of the enterprise by using related cultural theory and combining the current practical situation of Huayin Electricity.The research results of the paper show that: Enterprise cultural construction of central enterprises among current domestic large enterprises not only needs to improve enterprise cultural awareness of management personnel and employees, but establishes behavior specification system to guide behavior of the enterprise and employees and strengthen enterprise cultural construction achievements using diversified enterprise cultural spread means and dynamic cultural evaluation system to reach the target of enterprise culture and enterprise sustainable development.
