The Evaluate system not only can evaluate the level of property services sustainable development in a certain area,but also provide a kind method for the industry evaluation, It preliminary determined the method that can evaluate the level of property services sustainable development.It depth analysed the status of property service industry and quantitatively evaluated the level of property services industry sustainable development of Shenyang by the method of comprehensive evaluation model of property services industry sustainable development.Based on the evaluation result, the article made suggestions from three major aspects for property services sustainabledevelopment in Shenyang:government, society and property services company. And it also verify the feasibility and practicability of the property services industry sustainable development evaluation system.
