As a financial institution with the "three rural" (rural economy,rural community,rural residents) as the main target, the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives has important significance.Since the new round of reform of rural credit cooperatives from 2003, especially since the establishment of fully operational in 2005 in Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, S Rural Credit Union has entered a new period of development, business development momentum.2012 onwards, S Rural Credit Union became the largest institutions in eight local financial institutions deposits of scale. However, achievements, we also realize that because of interest rates liberalization to accelerate the process, the Internet finance menacing, the financial industry competition and many other reasons.Outlets and a large number of employees to rely on the advantages of implementing extensive management is still unable to achieve S City continued rapid development of rural credit operations, continuing to enhance the status of the target market, the implementation of sophisticated managementenhance the management level is S Rural Credit Cooperatives imperative.Performance management is the core of enterprise management,it make a pivotal role for improve enterprise management level and achieve corporate strategic goals, they have been recognized by more and more enterprises, seriously. Currently, the S Rural Credit Cooperative management, and employee performance management mode behind the increasingly serious impact on the development of rural credit cooperatives in the city of S, can be said to restrict the development of rural credit cooperatives S City bottleneck. For the S Rural credit cooperatives to achieve strategic objectives to achieve sustainable development, this thesis attempts to design a line with the development of rural credit cooperatives S City employee performance management system.Thesis based on the theory of performance management, employee performance management to reflect the status of S Rural credit cooperatives now, analyze the main problems currently existing employee performance management, elaborate the importance to build employee performance management system for S Rural credit cooperatives. Balanced Scorecard combines theory, key performance indicators (KPI) as the main method of the rural credit cooperatives S City employee performance management system design and implementation process proposed employee performance management system and safeguard measuresThesis make a specifically design and proposed the implementation of the program for employee performance management system of S Rural Credit Cooperative, with practical guidance for S Rural Credit Cooperative employee performance management, but also provide a reference for other rural credit cooperatives in employee performance management...
