There are three production revolutions in the history of human society, including the agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution and the management revolution. 80/20 rule is expected to like the three production revolutions, will bring the huge influence to the society and economy. In the 1960s, the 80/20 rule had been known in the United States and Europe, began to widely by engineers and computer experts to work in the field. At present, this rule has been implemented in many of the world famous big company business management.Although the 80/20 rule in foreign countries, especially the wide application of the Jews’company, in the Chinese domestic use is not much, most remain in the oral or appearance, the actual management of the lack of practical experience.
