With the continuous developing of communication and its applications in military courses, the radio jam and technical scout have been more and more important in modern military technology. They have been among the most important measures which are used to protect oneself and destroy the enemy.Traditional communication technology meets big challenge. The modulation ways of communication signals are changing ceaselessly, catching and analyzing signals is becoming harder. This paper brings forward a novel method of blind interference for communication counterwork. The method can make interference without any scout information. Also the approach works overriding the signal format and ignoring all the processes of parameter measurement, analysis and identification. In the implementation, the EMD method changes a non-stationary signal into a stationary one, and the signal is decomposed into some intrinsic mode functions (IMF). Then all the intrinsic mode functions are predicted using ANN. At last the signal is reconstructed. It can guarantee the interference of all kinds of signal modulating and can reconstruct signals with maximum relativity to the original signal, thus the optimum interference of the communication signal is formed. This paper presents the method in detail, and efficiency assessment using ANN is studied. Application of this approach enables the system to interfere the modulating style of common modulated signals, such as MASK, MFSK and MPSK efficiently.
