Design And Implementation Of The Land Tax Management System Based On SSH

The taxpaying management information system is an important part of the information-based construction of "one system,two portals and three levels" of a tax authorities.This project aims to remove the data barriers in the existing information system of the Province,integrate human resources and data resources in the current tax authorities and eventually implement information processing of tax work and tax assessment.This thesis uses the Unified Modeling Language(UML)to make deep analysis on the service process and functional requirements of the system.Based on the analysis,the technical architecture,network structure,functional structure and database structure of the system have been designed.In addition,the internal logical structure and function implementation process of main functional modules in the system have been discussed in details.The taxpaying management information system discussed in this thesis adopts the JavaEE technology and SSH framework based on MyEclipse and Microsoft SQL Server and is developed using the Java language.The system contains multiple core service modules,such as tax registration,invoice management,tax declaration,and tax assessment modules.Among the service modules,the tax registration module provides the tax registration application,registration application review and tax registration functions for tax payers and tax officials;the invoice management module implements invoice requisition management and maintenance;the tax declaration module allows network-and information-based processing on normal and delayed tax declaration;the tax assessment module assesses taxes of taxpayers and processes suspicious assessment results based on assessment indicators and tasks.The system testing part of this thesis mainly discusses testing functions and performance in the taxpaying management information system,indicating that the system design and implementation have reached the expected results.The taxpaying management information system discussed in this thesis points aims at the actual service process of tax authorities.Compared with the existing tax system,this system adopts the prevailing Web development technology,such as the MVC framework,to represent system flexibility and maintainability.Meanwhile,this system integrates the taxpayer information and tax data of the whole region.Realizing the integrated utilization and management of tax data resources.Currently,this system has been put into trial use,simplifying the tax registration and tax declaration processes and improving the taxpaying management efficiency to some extent.
