With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,service robots have begun to be widely used in business and daily life.Sweeping robots,welcome robots,tutoring robots and other service models have achieved great success in life practice.People take food as their day,people's lives cannot be separated from the catering industry,and the development of China's catering industry is a bottleneck.To overcome this bottleneck,it is necessary to add new elements to the catering industry.Therefore,the combination of artificial intelligence technology and the catering industry has satisfied the planning of modern smart cities and,to a certain extent,has provided new ideas for breakthroughs in the catering industry.This project aims at the above problems,combines theoretical technology and actual conditions,and designs a smart tray recycling robot.The intelligent tray recycling robot can perform automatic cruising in large canteens and restaurants,collect the tableware of the diners,and transport the dishes to the dishwasher for cleaning.The application of this type of robot can improve the working efficiency of the canteen staff and reduce their work intensity.For dining staff in the canteen,they can complete the dining process more quickly and easily.The catering robot of this project is based on the two LOCV2.3 control boards of Sichuan Arterial Robot Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd.The core control board is embedded with STM32F407VGT6 MCU.One piece of LOCV2.3 control board is used for sensor data acquisition,and an external ultrasonic sensor,infrared pair tube,human infrared sensor,RFID reader,and load cell are connected;another LOCLOCV2.3control board is used to control the electrical system of the whole system.Wheel Chassis Motor Control System and Pusher Motor Control System,and Voice Control System and Encoder.The catering robot of this project uses lithium iron phosphate batteries to power the whole machine,uses four-wheel bearings as the catering robot chassis,uses infrared tubes to conduct patrol navigation,uses RFID identification cards to make fixed-point turns,and uses ultrasonic sensors and human infrared sensors.Detect people and obstacles,use load cell to realize the detection of self-loaded meal tray,use voice module to play voice,use encoder to realize PID algorithm control of chassis motorspeed,realize intelligent meal control of dining robot,and in day The successful acceptance of the large canteen of the investment property company.
