Air Route Potential Value Calculation Based On Topic Probability Model And Heterogeneous Network

The accurate calculation of the airline value is not only beneficial to improve the income by optimize the flight schedule,but also provide reference for the airline company to open up new routes.Therefore,the accurate calculation and prediction of air-routes value has gradually become a hot topic in the field of civil aviation.The passenger booking data includes not only the passenger travel information,but also can reflect the travel habits.Passengers booking data as a basis for constructing route value calculation model and route potential value calculation model have important significance to carry out the evaluation route or to enhance revenue.First,based on the booking data set of passengers,a traditional route value calculation model is established by using multiple linear regression model,and the route value obtained by this model is used as a reference standard for the potential value of airline.Then the potential value calculation model based on the theme model is set up from the angle of passenger travel behavior.The model divides passengers' travel behavior into two stages: the determination of travel intentions and the determination of routes based on a certain travel intention,so as to establish the network structure of "passenger-routes".Passengers' travel intentions and intentions are extracted by Gibbs Sampling method,and the passenger intention matrix and the intention route matrix are obtained.The two matrices are multiplied to get the potential value of the route.The experiment shows that the method not only can accurately excavate the potential value of the route,but also can cluster the route according to the traveler's travel intention.Since the travel intention is determined in the model based on the theme model of the airline potential value,the route selection is random,without considering the similarity between routes.Therefore,the potential value of route calculation model for heterogeneous network is established where air-routes similarity relation network and the "passenger route" network is joined.In order to eliminate the conflict between the similar route the air-routes similarity relation network is joined.The experimental results show that compared with the topic based model,the potential value calculation model of heterogeneous network not only improves the performance of airline value calculation and prediction,but also achieves better clustering of air-routes.
