As the continuous development of commuication technologies,varieties of wireless access technologies have been emerged,which are different in terms of network bandwidth,coverage and so on.Mobile business also has been developed rapidly.So,just only using a signal network,it is very difficult to meet the individual and diversified requirement.Therefore,the heterogeneous wireless networks have become the trend of future wireless networks.Multi-mode Users Equipment(MUE)has the ability to access multiple networks simultaneously.Under the heterogeneous wireless network convergence environment,how MUE efficiently use different network resources to ensure high-speed business service quality,becomes an important issue.Selecting access network is the key to solve the problem.Based on the deeply analysis on selection access network of Multi-mode Users Equipment,the two key methods are put forward at last,which are respectively multi-access network combination selection algorithm and data flow distribution mechanism of Multi-mode Users Equipment.1.To solve the problem that the existing network selection algorithms only select a single best network,a multi-access network combination selection algorithm based on VIKOR is proposed.This algorithm determines the optimal networks' combination for data transmission.Firstly,aggregate the network parameters,consider the power consumption of Multi-mode Users Equipment and users' requirements.Then,determine the weight of each decision factor by subjective weight analysis and objective weight analysis.At last,selecting an optimal access network combination for Multi-mode Users Equipment from the decision matrix of networks combination by using the VIKOR algorithm.The simulation results indicate that the algorithm can select the optimal networks combination,improve throughput and transmission efficiency of Multi-mode Users Equipment compared wih other access network algorithms.2.To solve the problem that when transmiting information by networks combination the reasonable data allocation between different networks can effectively save energy consumption of equipments.So a data flow distribution mechanism based on the terminal is proposed.Firstly,under the scene when Multi-mode Users Equipment access network combination,the information data distribution model is established and the model is proved to be a convex problem.Then,through optimizing the traditional genetic algorithm,the algorithm efficiency is improved.Finally,the optimal algorithm is used to solve the information data distribution model.The simulation results indicate that the mechanism can allocate reasonable information when accessing network combination.Compared with other algorithms,the mechanism can decrease total communication power of Multi-mode Users Equipment at the same transmission rate.
