Deformation observation and subsurface fluid observation are two discipline branches ofearthquake precursor observation.Earthquake precursor observation data is the basis of earthquake prediction and scientific research.Continuous,complete,reliable precursor observation data could provide long,medium,short impending earthquake prediction analysis information for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work.According to scientific and detailed analysis of precursor observation data,how to determine and extract abnormal information is the key and difficult point for each precursor station.By analyzing the existing software function of Jinzhou seismic station and taking research on daily business needs of station staff,according to the submission and evaluation requirements of higher level discipline group,Anomaly analysis system of deformation and subsurface fluid observation data in Jinzhou seismic station is designed,identifiedbyfunctions and implementation methods.The system is developed with C/Sarchitecture design,Oracle10 gdatabase,and.net platform in Windowsoperating system.The system can be linked,developed and operated with the existing “Data management system of earthquake precursor network in China” and “Data processing system of seismic precursor network in China”.According to the actual demand of station work,the thesisemphasizes on the research design and implementation process of anomaly analysis system of deformation and subsurface fluid observation data in Jinzhou seismic station.Firstly,the development background of the project,station status and research significance is introduced.Secondly,the architectural design,database design and different function modules detailed design of the system is identified by detailed requirements analysis.Finally,according to the design proposal,analytical judgement and applied output of abnormal information in deformation and subsurface fluidobservation data are implemented.The system has been put into trial operation after tests.The implementation and application of the systemis helpful on exploring more intuitive and clearer general rules of station observation data,which could promptly and effectively discover,check and collect the possible earthquake precursor anomaly information,so that the station staff can get the first-hand observation data.The system also promotes the combination of monitoring and forecasting,playing a fundamental role in theearthquakemonitoring and seismologic consideration,as well as responding toearthquake prediction and scientific research.
