The increasing demand for pork in China has made livestock breeding industry scale and intensive.The traditional way of judging the health status of pigs by means of artificial observation by breeders can no longer meet the current development of pig breeding industry.Therefore,the use of automation and intelligent technology to build pig health monitoring platform is a new development direction of the pig breeding industry.With the maturation of micro-inertial sensor technology,the monitoring of livestock and poultry behavior combined with low power Bluetooth technology has become a new research hotspot.The motion behavior and posture behavior of pigs are the most common basic behaviors and can reflect the health status of pigs.Therefore,monitoring the motion behavior and posture behavior of pigs to determine the health status of pigs has become a hot issue in animal husbandry behavior monitoring research.In response to the above problems,the "Abnormal behavior monitoring of pigs based on micro inertial sensor" was proposed.Firstly,a pig behavior monitoring system based on micro inertial sensors was built.Then use the system real-time acquisition of pigs motion behavior and posture behavior data.Through the analysis of data,the pig's motion and posture characteristics.The health status of pigs was determined by counting the amount of motion and posture of the pigs.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A pig behavior monitoring system based on the micro inertial sensor was designed to monitor pig behavior.The system uses micro inertial sensor MPU6050 as a detection sensor.Using Bluetooth chip DA14580 to establish a low-power Bluetooth network to complete the data transmission from the acquisition node to the receiving node in the breeding field.Data is transmitted over long distances to the control host via Ethernet.Design each node program and use LabVIEW to write the upper computer interface to realize the acquisition,reception,transmission,and display of pig motion data.(2)Analyze the common motion behavior of pigs and analyze the characteristics of the resultant acceleration of the pigs from the perspective of the amount of motion.The pig motion is divided into three categories: little motion,normal motion,and excessive motion.K-means clustering algorithm and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm are applied to cluster analysis of the pig motion resultant acceleration to obtain the pig motion,which provides the basis for the follow-up pig abnormality judgment.(3)Define the pig carrier coordinate system and reference coordinate system,and use the quaternion method and coordinate transformation to solve the pig's posture.Then Kalman filter is used to get the accurate posture angle of pig,and the pig posture characteristics are analyzed.According to the statistics of the amount of pig motion and the duration of posture comparison with the daily standard of pigs to calculate the percentage difference combined with the experience of artificial breeding,evaluate the abnormal behavior of pigs.
