In recent years,the concept of the Internet of Things started to take root and is another revolution in the information industry following computer,Internet,and mobile communications.RFID technology has a new technological value in the turning point of the Internet of Things.In the future,RFID technology will play a decisive role in the development of the Internet of Things.With the increase of application requirements and the expansion of the application range,the needs of RFID tag antennas have become increasingly diversified.Therefore,the requirements and the difficulty of tag antenna design have become higher and higher.Anti-liquid label is a kind of special label antenna proposed to solve the problem that the conventional label can not meet the working requirements in the liquid environment.There is little research in this field in China,so it has research significance.The design of dual-frequency tags inherits the advantages of two frequency bands(HF and UHF)and makes up for their own shortcomings.They can not only meet the needs of long-distance reading and writing,but also meet the needs of short-distance data exchange,and can be used for single-target recognition applications.Can also be applied to multi-objective rapid reading,so it has research significance.After the RFID tag antenna is designed and processed,the performance test of the tag is a very important step.However,the tag antenna test is different from the general antenna test.Because the impedance is not a 50 ohm standard,several key indicators of the tag antenna are tested.It is very important and it is also the focus of research.This article designed two special labels,first designed a UHF band anti-liquid label,using the MONZA R6-P chip,using HFSS,CST software to simulate it,and then for the tag antenna for the structural aspects of Improvements made its performance in all aspects more superior.Finally,a commercial anti-liquid label of ALIEN was simulated and compared with the actual test,which proved the superiority of the anti-liquid label designed in this paper.Second,this article also designed a dual-band tag antenna,which covers the HF and UHF bands,using the EM4423-ds-02 dual-frequency tag chip,which is used in UHF bands for item tracking,logistics and aviation IT asset management,etc.In the field,the convenience of mobile NFC recognition is applied in the HF band to meet the requirements of anti-counterfeit traceability and anti-defective goods.Finally,after the RFID tag antenna is designed and processed,it is necessary to conduct relevant tests.Since the RFID tag antenna is not a traditional 50 ohm interface,it cannot be measured by a general method,and a test corresponding to this kind of antenna design is required.Fixtures to complete the measurement,the agreement between experiment and simulation is very important for any design,so the tag antenna measurement is both a difficult and an important point.
