The fiber optic micro cavity acoustic sensing system which uses fiber optic micro cavity probe to detect sound signal is studied in this paper.Compared with the traditional acoustic sensor,the system not only improves the sensitivity of the detection,but also reduces the volume of the sensor.This system integrates the general optical fiber sensing system's advantages which are the excellent ability to resist electromagnetic interference,long service life,good corrosion resistance and the low transmission loss.These advantages make fiber optic micro cavity acoustic sensing system play an important role in defense,security and interception.In this paper,the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system is designed,and the noise removal algorithm of voice signal is applied to this system.The noise of the sound signal collected by the optical fiber micro cavity sonic sensing system can be solved.It can improve the quality of the sound signal and make the system have a high application value in the field of indoor sound detection.In this paper,the optical principle of the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system is analyzed in detail,including the theory of Fabry-Perot interferometer,the basic principle of the optical fiber F-P micro cavity probe and the demodulation method of the system.In the construction of the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system,each component of the system is researched and designed,mainly including the structure of the optical fiber micro cavity sensor probe,the hardware design and the software design of the system.Next,this paper focuses on several kinds of acoustic signal de-noising algorithms based on fiber optic micro cavity acoustic sensor system.For each de-noising algorithm,the applicability analysis and de-noising effect simulation of the sensing system are carried out.The sound de-noising algorithm is applied to the acquisition software.In the engineering application test part,this paper applies the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system and the related sound signal processing algorithm to the detection field of indoor sound signal.Through the test of the system in several scenes and the comparison of the different de-noising algorithms,it is concluded that the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system combined with the corresponding sound signal processing algorithm can make a good acquisition and recovery of the sound signal.Finally,this paper makes a summary and analysis of the whole research,and points out the shortcomings of the optical fiber micro cavity acoustic sensor system and its signal processing algorithm,and points out the direction for further research in this field.
