Pick up In recent years,with the development of integrated optical devices,the demand for miniaturization and small volume of optical devices is becoming more and more high.It has been unable to be used in some ultra-high integrated optoelectronic communication devices.With the development of the research on micro / nano optics and optical materials,many peculiar micro/nano optical phenomena have been discovered by scientists.New properties of many new optical materials have also been used.Nanowire fiber lasers based on surface plasmas are not only of micro and nano size,It is expected to replace the traditional optical fiber in some special working environment.The essence of this paper is to design a wide gap based on the surface plasmon coupling theory.Nanowire waveguide structure with semiconductor,And this waveguide structure can realize laser emission and transmission,that is,nanowire fiber laser.This thesis consists of the following parts:Firstly,the research background and significance of micro-nano fiber are introduced,the development of semiconductor nanomaterials is briefly described,and the research and development of ZnO nanowires are emphasized.Based on the principle of surface plasma coupling enhancement,the principle of coupling excitation of nanowire cavity is introduced,and the advanced nature of the novel fiber laser is described in terms of physical essence.The structure of metal film coated nanowire is designed by finite element method,and the model is simulated.The results show that the nanowire structure coated with metal film can produce a stronger surface plasma-coupled light field.The optical field of the nanoscale laser cavity is enhanced.According to the simulation design,the structure of the nanowire fiber laser is experimentally fabricated and characterized.Finally,the optoelectronic properties of the nanowire fiber laser are tested by building an optical detection platform.The related experimental data are obtained.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text,and puts forward the technical difficulties in the study of nanoscale fiber lasers and the future work planning.
