Research On Data Interface Standards Of TCAS And S Mode Transponder

This paper studies the standard of TCAS and S-Mode transponder,and explicits the interface,communication protocol and crosslinking relationship between the two systems.Firstly,Introduces the composition,crosslinking relationship and functions of TCAS and S-Mode transponder.Then,by studying the product design specification ARINC standards and minimum performance standards of TCAS and S-Mode transponder,the definition of digital interface,bus protocol and communication content between TCAS and S mode transponder is clarified.Verify interface and lay the foundation for the integrated design of subsequent products.Then,by researching the product standards,the signal format,communication protocol,field meaning,classification and use of the link and wireless data link communication between TCAS and S mode transponder are clarified.Using Matlab to simulate the signal according to the standard of data format,and modulates the baseband signal to generate the IF signal,which is used as the standard signal for further demodulation and decoding.Next,studies the technology,basic theory and processing method of software radio.Based on the simulation generated IF signal,the theory of signal sampling,rate transformation,orthogonal transformation and demodulation is introduced,and the design scheme is validated by the simulation of demodulation on computer.Then on the basis of the IF digitalization processing,the paper studies and realizes pattern recognition,decoding and data analysis by reference to standard signal format and data link field definition,and gives the methods of the data processing,and provide standard for product design and testing.Finally,the civil aircraft standard and military aircraft AVIONICS are studied,and describes the application and development of TCAS and S-Mode transponder.
