Public bicycles play an important role in urban short-distance traffic and it is an effective way to alleviate road pressure.But with the operation of the bicycle system,the promblem gradually exposed that it is difficult to rent and return bicycles in peak time,which restricts the promotion of the bicycle system.The existing scheduling method is mainly based on personal experience as well as video surveillance,and it rarely studies on the demanding of scheduling and lacks of data support,so the efficiency of scheduling is low and it can not quickly and efficiently to solve the problem of "bicycle-renting and bicycle-returning is difficult".Therefore,taking the historical riding data of bicycle rental system for multi-dimensional analysis,obtaining the operating rule of each site and users' behavior habits,and it designs a reasonable scheduling plan according to the scheduling demands of the site and its respective area,which has a guiding significance of solving the problem of "bicycle-renting and bicycle-returning is difficult" in the peak period.First of all,in order to get the operating rules of the bicycle system,the historical riding data are analyzed in different dimensions,taking full account of the factors of environmental disturbance(working day,non-working day,major festivals,different seasons,etc.),obtaining the peak period of the operation as well as the rental trends of each site and classify the site of the system in accordance with the number of rental bicycles.We combinie the type of site with the rental flow trend to get different environmental factors and different scheduling demands of each site in different time periods in order to provide a true and reliable data basis to the scheduling plan.Afterwards,aiming at the problem that the scheduling path is too long in the scheduling plan,a method to partition the site area based on improved k-means algorithm is proposed.According to the location of the rental site and the type of scheduling demanding of the site,classify the sites with close distance and the type of scheduling demand that can be neutralized into one class,so that the cross-regional scheduling is minimized when generating the scheduling plan.Base on the bicycle system experiment of the city XX in XX province,the experimental results show that this method has a certain practicability and can shorten the scheduling path.Finally,based on the B/S architecture,using PHP and C ++ as the development language and MySql as the database,on the basis of site division and the data analysis in the preamble,we designe and realize public bicycle scheduling system,and compare the generated scheduling plan with scheduling program in reality.The results show that the public bicycle scheduling system designed in this paper has an expected effect in optimizing the scheduling demanding and scheduling path,and it can be used in the actual bicycle system to alleviate the phenomenon of "bicycle-renting and bicycle-returning is difficult" in the peak time.
