Optical 3D reconstruction technology has a very wide application prospect in present age that 3D technology is popular.structured light and stereo vision is the most important technique in this area.In this paper,a complete 3D measuring system is presented.It has a good anti-noise capability.It can be used in a non-laboratory environment with natural lighting.This paper introduced the basic theory and experimental method of camera calibration.And introduced the triangulation principle used by stereo vision technique.And introduced the epipolar constraint.And then a new stereo matching scheme that uses structured light combined with epipolar constraint is proposed.And further,a skeleton code with high redundancy is proposed in order to reduce the wrong matching.In this paper,we use this scheme to reconstruct a monkey statue and a cushion.The validity of the scheme has been verified by the reconstruction experiments.And presented a method for measuring the maximum resolution of our scheme.And then the resolution and accuracy analysis is performed in principle and verified in experiment.In the end of this paper,we made a comparison between the proposed scheme and phase-shift method in noisy environment.And demonstrated that the proposed method has a good anti-noise capability.
