Cyber-Physical System(CPS)is the integration of computing,communica t io n and control systems,which is a large,complex and real-time feedback system.In the CPS system,computing and communication are embedded in the physical process to make it interact closely with the physical process,and add new functions to the physical system.The physical world is monitored and controlled in CPS by information of world to provide intelligent efficient,safe and high-quality service for human beings.Therefore,CPS has a wide range of application prospects,which can be used in the fields of Intelligent City,intelligent power system,intelli ge nt transportation system,health medicine,defense and military,industrial and agricultural production and so on.In recent years,the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases has been increasing in China.The mortality rate of cardiovascular disease is higher than that of cancer and other diseases.And its mortality rate,morbidity and prevalence are still growing,causing a heavy social and economic burden on our country.Although the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease remains to be studied,the major risk factors have been identified.Such as hypertension,diabetes,smoking and unhealthy eating habits are all main risk factors,but these main risk factors that can all be changed and prevented.IEEE,the US Medical Technology Policy Committee points out that the combination of existing and new technologies can improve the efficiency and qualit y of health care services,and it can suppress the increase of cost and improve the qualit y of healthy life.CPS is also considered to be a powerful solution to improve medica l services.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the medical system based on CPS.In this paper,the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease(diabetes)are taken as clinical scenarios.and the medical information physical system is modeled and verified around this clinical scenario.By analyzing similar work,we found that the models studied were limited to specific physiological parameters and vital signs of specific scenarios,and did not consider four vital signs simultaneously(heart rate,respiration rate,blood pressure,and body temperature).The patient models that represent these signs do not prove that these signs are relevant and violate the actual human behavior.Therefore,a new system structure based on model has been proposed form Medical Cyber-physical Systems MCPS,and this architecture is composed of patient models,medical device model and controller model.The model library applied to this clinical scenario is designed on the platform of system design,modeling and simulation platform PtolemyII.this model is a reusable model base.The model librar y is composed of patient model and medical device model,and this paper focuses on how to build the patient and medical equipment models in detail.The MCPS model was simulated by applying the model to the clinical scenarios of major risk factors for cardiovascular disease(diabetes).
