The topic which comes from the project of a certain type of actuator is developed,based on the digital servo control system using single chip microcomputer MSP430F149,to achieve permanent magnetic actuator with full digital control drive control system of Brushless DC motor.The paper firstly analyze the permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system basic structure,working principle,study the dynamic mathematical model of non brush DC motor,the basic control strategy,design a set of permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system.On this basis,the brushless DC motor control system design scheme for the simulation of the permanent magnet.The realization of the structure design of the system hardware circuit miniaturization,low power consumption.The results show that,the digital control system for the actuator has the advantages of convenient application,meets the design specifications.System for the digital servo control system provides a feasible test scheme.The results of the research can be applied not only to the steering gear,but can also be applied to other kings of drive control devic,and has broad application prospects.
