Ground-based SAR has the characteristics of all-day,all-climate and real-time monitoring,which makes it an important method of the regional monitoring,surface deformation monitoring and fixed-point continuous measurement.In recent years,the deformation monitoring technology of SAR has become popular in the field of radar remote sensing direction.But the image of Ground-based SAR has limited resolution and distinctive degree,which makes it not suitable for fusion with the result of deformation detection.According to the problem,this paper propose the resolution technology of DEM,optical images and SAR images which is aimed at using other types of image data to realize the registration with SAR image data,fusing the result with the deformation data and finally improving the identification of the image.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.According to the characteristics of Ground-based SAR deformation detection system and the characteristics of the DEM model.I successfully established the foundation of the coordinates of SAR and DEM.According to the conversion relationship between these two coordinates.I have designed the algorithm of DEM and SAR.This algorithm has also been verified by experimental data.2.According to the imaging characteristics of optical image,I have established the physical model of the change of the optical image and the actual scene.At the same time,according to the optical image and SAR image's corresponding points,I have finished the registration technology of non-homologous images between SAR images and optical images based on the perspective transformation algorithm.This algorithm has also been verified by experimental data.3.This paper also analyzed the need of the functions of the Ground-based SAR deformation system.This paper also proposed the MVC design pattern to design the software architecture to satisfy the needs.By using hybrid programming technology to finish the encapsulation of the algorithm.Finally,this software can steadily operate various functions.
