With the development of national energy and the reform of management system,the demand for voltage quality is becoming higher and higher.This paper analyzes the current situation of voltage management technology at home and abroad,studies the application of big data technology in voltage index algorithm,grasps the key technology of big data application process,and designs and implements voltage index management system.The data platform uses Spark distributed computing framework to integrate data such as measurement,scheduling,production and marketing.The data platform realizes the functions of voltage index calculation,massive data storage,data processing and data visualization,providing reliable voltage data support for related system application functions.The Java system based on EE criterion,three layer structure is constructed,the presentation layer,business layer and data logic separation,can improve the parallel operating system,using a layered software design idea and framework of development,reduce the degree of coupling components and costs,while enhancing the software scalability and maintainability.The voltage,current and power voltage data management system requirements from the measurement automation system with variable extraction,extraction power,bus voltage,equipment parameters and other information from the dispatching automation system,from the production system of grid file data,file access to user information from the marketing management system.Construction of voltage index data integration platform,the data classification,conversion and summary,according to business rules for massive data cleaning and filtering,development of data checking function,improve data quality.In depth analysis of power grid voltage monitoring technology,to achieve voltage monitoring and analysis applications,voltage quality factors analysis,comprehensive grasp of the quality of power supply status,analysis and find short board where the formulation of implementation strategies.According to the cycle and measuring point type statistics of operation time,the upper limit voltage time and voltage lower limit time,calculate the voltage qualification rate;according to A,B,C,D monitoring point,calculation of different levels of power grid(district(county),the city power grid,power grid etc.)integrated voltage qualified rate,form graphics and report.Voltage qualification rate monitoring,voltage process index monitoring,voltage anomaly data processing,voltage monitoring data quality evaluation and system support function are completed,and the voltage qualification rate is effectively improved.The voltage monitoring indicators for application subject,implementation of system running data acquisition and analysis applications,and gradually transition to the voltage quality monitoring,analysis and management of distribution network automation,supporting direct production and operation management,customer service and demand planning and construction,to achieve full network power quality comprehensive monitoring,multi dimension analysis and visualization.Provide technical support for voltage management.
