As a new clean energy,natural gas hydrate has attracted more and more attention.The researchers found that in the study of natural gas hydrate deposits,the process of formation and decomposition of natural gas hydrate in porous media is observed with the nondestructive testing technology of industrial CT,which has the advantages of real time,visual and nondestructive and other advantages.However,due to the limitation of the volume effect and CT resolution,the boundary region of different materials in the sediment system is difficult to be determined,which influences the accurate judgment of the occurrence of the hydrate in the sediment.So obtained by CT scanning with hydrate sediment images can only be rough characterization of the hydrate distribution area,due to the image of water and hydrate density similar,we cannot be clearly description the distribution of hydrate.Paper-based image containing hydrate deposits from industrial equipment CT scans obtained,using MATLAB platform powerful image processing functions,including hydrate deposits by opening and closing operation of the CT images,multi-valued,gradient edge detection and image extraction image processing method for CT images,porous media experiments in methane hydrates were optimized to obtain a clearer picture,which can effectively improve the recognition effect hydrate deposits in porous media of different substances border region,more conducive to accurately determine the mode of occurrence of methane hydrate in porous media.On the basis of the determination of the boundary conditions of the hydrate,the simulation of the hydrate bearing sediments is also studied,the article scanned image files obtained by VG Studio software reconstruction,reconstruction of four different saturation of gas hydrate deposits three-dimensional images simulation fluid flow within the pores and calculates the absolute permeability values in different directions,and the flow rate of the liquid in the pores,and calculate the ratio of the absolute permeability changes.Simpleware software modeling capabilities can be Comsol software and VG Studio to complete the docking,according to the above calculation results within the permeability simulation software Comsol pore fluid flow,can be more intuitive verification of liquid in the pores and flow deposition the forces of surface.Conclusion of this paper is to hydrate CT images obtained experimental processing,improve the recognition effect resolving effect of images and porous media of different substances boundary region,and more accurately determine the methane hydrate occurrence state in porous media;use limited element analysis tools built hydrate porosity distribution grid model in the sediments,and to analyze and discuss hydrates in sediments absolute permeability and other issues.
