In view of the research and application of somatosensory interaction,this paper hopes to use the smart phone which is portable and easy to carry as somatosensory equipment.Through the phone’s own accelerometer,gyroscope to collect its displacement direction and other changes in information,and through the web browser to send real-time data to the server,achieve the real-time capture of motion behavior and effect rendering in the web page.There is no need with an additional installation of the application before using that web browser as a client,which is one of the innovations of this study.In order to achieve the above objectives,we study the related principle of somatosensory interaction,inertial motion capture system and data acquisition,data transmission and data processing,and confirm the feasibility of Web sensor system based on Web sensor.In this paper,the algorithms based on sensor attitude calculation and motion recognition are analyzed.First,the Mahoney filter method is used to calculate the attitude and calculate the drift of the sensor by comparing the experiment,and the error coefficient is optimized to make the system more stable.And then tested a new angle compensation algorithm for displacement calculation.Aiming at the acceleration variation of human motion in somatosensory interaction,the multi-threshold decision method based on decision binary tree classifier is optimized and improved.Based on the empirical and observed sample distribution,the acceleration signal amplitude and vertical acceleration are taken as thresholds.The characteristics of the signal to determine the realization of the walking,jumping,squatting and attack action recognition,and achieved better recognition accuracy and real-time.Based on the above research and test results,through the software engineering knowledge,choose a reasonable design pattern,based on WebSocket wireless communication technology and Node server somatosensory interactive behavior capture system.To achieve cross-platform and cross-terminal somatosensory applications,and can adapt to the mainstream browser,enhanced system universality,portability and secondary development.It is proved that the effectiveness of Web-based interactive system based on mobile sensor is realized,and the combination of somatosensory application and behavior recognition is realized.
