Through to intend to research the concept and method of bionic design,and the results in related fields,explore the bionic design of intelligent detection robots in respect of the use of product,and realize its associated functions in rescue and relief practice through the open-source hardware and software platform.In the course of research:(1)Apply the method of literature review and product research to determine the main research content of this thesis according to the present situation and potentials of bionics,bionic design,and intelligent open-source electronic platform,and analyzing the existing problems in design practice and research.(2)Analyze the principles of bionic design to identify the theoretical guidance of bionics on product design,and propose a guidance method for the design of bionic detection robots.(3)Use the experiment study method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of spherical robots and hexapod robots,and design the shape of intelligent detection robot.(4)Use the prototype test method for the application of bionic detection robot for the purpose of effectively detecting lives in the complex environment,which will complete the rescue and relief practice on the disaster scene with robot techniques.In the course of design,this thesis predicts that a detection robot may result in a lot of problems during the operation,for example,how to ensure that the robot can move stably in difficult circumstances;how to operate it to find out survivors in ruins through sensor technology.This thesis chooses hexapod robot as the research object and an bionic detection robot which will assist rescue workers to detect lives in rescue and relief practice is designed.The structure of the designed detection robot should ensure the mobile stability of its control system and move deeply into the ruins to search for lives and detect vital signs.Finally,the design practice is guided through theoretical research.The designed bionic robot should ensure the gait stability on the complex ground through tripod gait;the sensor with detection function is built into the open-source electronic platform;a related prototype test is carried on the detection function of the robot;making the basic functions come true.
