Target Tracking Algorithm Based On SIFT Research And The Realization Of DSP

Moving target tracking is a major and difficult project of computer vision research,which has wide application prospects.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology and integrated circuit it has increasingly extensive research and application.Image feature extraction and description is the key technology of target tracking based on image processing.At present,many feature extraction algorithms are lack of accuracy and stability,especially in the image change.SIFT algorithm is currently one of the most robust algorithms.This article briefly introduces the development and the application value of target tracking,and introduces the characteristic of target tracking algorithm.The mathematics principle,application,characteristic,the software programming and design process of SIFT algorithm is introduced in detail.Then the programming ideas and methods of the target tracking based on SIFT algorithm is introduced.Finally,it shows the advantage and application potentiality of SIFT algorithm in the target tracking from the experimental results and comparison with other algorithms.
