Microwave holography is a microwave imaging technology based on the principle of holography,which uses the interference between the target scattered wave and the radar reference wave to get the three-dimensional image.Microwave holographic radar has very important research significance and application value in security inspection systems,geological exploration,military reconnaissance,and remote sensing monitoring.Radar transmitters and receivers are indispensable parts of radar systems,the performance of the microwave holographic radar transceiver directly affects the imaging resolution of the microwave holographic radar.A specific implementation of a wideband holographic radar transmitter and receiver that can be used for three-dimensional holographic imaging is described in this article.The technology of microwave holographic radar transceiver is studied deeply in this paper.The history of holographic radar was reviewed.And,the principle of holographic radar imaging were introduced,the related technical indicators of radar transmitter and receiver were analyzed in depth.Based on the existing radar transmitters and receivers,a holographic radar transmitter and receiver scheme is designed.Afterwards,a wideband holographic radar transceiver hardware system is designed according to the relevant specifications.Firstly,the wideband holographic radar transmit signal source is generated by frequency multiplication after mixing with DDS+PLL,and the frequency of the transmitted signal is 6045MHz-7045 MHz.The transmitter system consists of DDS clock source module,DDS module,up-converter module,frequency multiplication and power amplification module.The circuit design and implementation of each module are described detailly in this paper,and uses design tool to carry out the transmitter.Then,the wide-band holographic radar receiver adopts a super-heterodyne receiver.The receiver generates a local oscillator signal source and a transmission signal source in the same manner.The local oscillator signal frequency is 6000MHz-7000 MHz,and the intermediate frequency is 45 MHz.The radar uses eight receiver link structures to improve Radar angle measurement performance,each receiver link uses I/Q two ways to obtain the echo signal amplitude and phase.In this paper,the specific design scheme and circuit implementation of the receiver link are given,and the receiver system is simulated.Finally,the performance of the current transceiver is tested,and the results are summarized and analyzed on the basis of the test results.
