This paper mainly study TestEvaluation Tools Based on Workflow and Role Control and the design and implementation of which.As the most famous state organization of national product safety certification,Information Security Certification Center of Chinaassumesa very importantfunction ofmanagement and supervision.With thevarious departmentsforthe attentionof thefield,the work undertakenby the centreis also an urgentneed to reform.It becomes inevitable for them to improve the efficiency of business for the purpose of reform.It is a practical problem with high value to design and develop the CC-based evaluation platform and make it into use,which will be discussed and solved in this paper.Workflow is a part or the whole of business process used automatically in the computer-applied environment.It will be useful to make the work more smooth and improve whose efficiency if the theory of workflow is used correctly.For specific task,givendifferent users different role,and one role owns different access control,is difficult.But if used rightly,can also greatly improve the security and flexibility of the system.LINQ data access technology is an innovation,which greatly facilitates the data access system.Open XML as a relatively new international document standard,making data storage more convenient,and more flexible programming.The use of workflow,access control,LINQ and Open XML technology in this system,makes the performance of the system improve greatly.This paper firstly reviewed the present research situation and background about the research program,then introduced the theories about workflow,access control,3-tier application,LINQ,Open XML and detailed analysis of the system's operational requirements.Finally,studied the design and implementation of TestEvaluation Tools Based on Workflow and Role Control,The software core module has the basic information module,the detection task management module,the detection implementation management module,the test report generation module,the template management module.The system designed has been put into practice,and was proved that the solution is effective and able to work well with the actual requirements.
