The design of remote measurement and control system based on TD-LTE is carried out by research,the hardware and software system architecture design,research of network schemes and installation test of field system,puts forward the next generation of IPv6 protocol electronic tag type equipment management mode.In a remote measurement and control system,intelligent terminal with AT91SAM9263-EK chip is as the microprocessor,based on Linux operating system platform,in order to extend the interfaces for the slave unit from sensor connection,power monitoring equipment,etc.Through the Modbus/RTU protocol to get the data mapped to Modbus buffer and backed into Sqlite3 database,In addition to this by Modbus/TCP protocol with wireless networks of the TD-LTE base station is sent to control center.Management software polling of standard data of intelligent terminal,for the data extraction,processing,diagnosis,display the running state of each subsystem,to realize the whole life cycle management of the equipment operation within the system.The mode of communication compatible with IP v4/IPv6 protocol stack based on the mechanism of the TD-LTE network scheme is applicated,as well as the standard Modbus industrial bus technology,completed the standardized communication protocols.In addition,simulation analysis of high-speed signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility by the hyper Lynx is used,makes hardware and software of the intelligent terminal design more scientific optimization,network communication more efficient,realized the target of the front-end automation equipment applicated in cold area.
