With the rapid development of computer networks and multimedia technologies,video images are used as an intuitive and visual digital media.However,due to the instability of the camera platform,it will directly lead to the instability when video images are captured,which will have a serious impact on the post-processing of the video.Therefore,the research of electronic image stabilization technology has important practical significance.This paper is aiming at the study of the traditional electronic image stabilization algorithm and the analysis between advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,the accuracy of the conventional electronic image stabilization algorithm based on gray projection is not sufficient in a complex external environment.This paper uses subimages combined with average filtering to reduce the effect of moving objects within a video frame on the motion estimation,at the same time this method still guarantee in the high-resolution outdoor surveillance video.At the other hand,the median positioning method improves the operation speed.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the impact of moving objects and improve the processing speed of the algorithm.Then,for the traditional time-complexity of the electronic image stabilization algorithm based on feature point matching in high-resolution video,this paper uses Down-sampling improves the processing speed of image stabilization algorithms,uses ORB feature matching algorithms to perform motion estimation,and uses global motion estimation to optimize matching pairs.Experimental results show that the algorithm can guarantee the accuracy of the algorithm and improve the processing speed of the algorithm.Finally,on the basis of improved electronic image stabilization algorithm,this paper designs an electronic image stabilization system in which different algorithms are used to stabilize the image in various complicated situations,it has great potential for development.
