In the urban traffic scenario,massive mobile terminals can provide more comprehensive and accurate environmental sensing data with various built-in sensors.Besides,"humans" can also collect environment information as task executors.Therefore,facing different sensing requirements from environmental monitoring,intelligent transportation,urban management and other fields,if we make good use of the sensing abilities of mobile terminals and "humans",we will provide more supporting data for them.Aiming at the urban traffic scenario,this paper designed a crowdsensing service platform based on IoT(Internet of Things)and mobile crowdsensing technology.The platform becomes a bridge to connect the demander and supplier of data.Meanwhile,this paper proposed a multi-task oriented participant recruitment algorithm for vehicular crowdsensing based on ST(SpatioTemporal)-Merge algorithm which could merge the common sensing requirements in time and space dimensions to solve the problem of "overlapping requirments" among multiple tasks.And ST-Merge could be integrated with Greedy recruitment algorithm to improve the sensing effect and reduce sensing cost.Furthermore,this paper applyed these algorithms to platform in order to realize the complete closed loop of"Algorithm-Simulation-Platform-Application".At first,this paper introduced the background and related technologies of mobile crowdsensing service platform,and figured out the application scenarios.Then this paper analyzed the functional requirement of platform for three kinds of users:task publishers,task executors,platform managers and two kinds of sensing tasks:quantitative acquisition tasks,qualitative description tasks.Next,this paper proposed a multi-task oriented participant recruitment algorithm for vehicular crowdsensing and detailed the model and simulation process.Furthermore,this paper designed the overall architecture of the platform,including the information portal system,the quantitative acquisition sensing system and the qualitative description sensing system.Meanwhile,the key process design and interface definition were also given.On this basis,this paper presented the design of system class diagram and the implementation instructions.Finally,this paper used many tests to verificate sensing service platform.At the end,this paper summarized the whole work and proposed the next step of research.
