The rapid development of information technology and Internet business which penetration people's life continuously,deepen the Internet advertising industry chain of increasingly mature.And the industry competition is fierce for advertising technology.Display ads,especially the online advertising on e-commerce sites,is one of the main forms of advertisements in the Internet life.With media and e-commerce sites having accumulated more and more log of user behavior,effective method of accurate delivery and digging of user category has become the major means of Internet advertising to increase income.Click-through rate prediction technology,which is the technology forecast the probability for the user in a specific scenario for specific AD item,is one of main means of accurately targeted advertising.However,facing the mass streaming advertising and user log on e-commerce sites,the module to rank advertising and the method to update the click-through rate predicting model has become the mainly technical difficulties of online advertising.On the other hand,along with the explosive growth of log data,e-commerce sites of mass data storage and the demand of parallel computing framework is increasingly urgent.This article is according to the above requirements,design and implement an online advertising system for e-commerce website,namely a more general e-commerce sites precision advertising framework based on huge amounts of data.While online advertising system helping e-commerce sites to reduce the threshold processing large amounts of log collection technology,it improve advertising conversion efficiency in limited flow scenarios.This article introduced the background knowledge and precision of the current main advertising technology and carried on the thorough research of distributed framework firstly.Secondly,based on the analysis of research results,determine the design scheme of the online advertising system,including the display module,the log collection module,the online and offline computing module and the business logic module.For this design scheme,the paper introduces the function of each module and the specific implementation,and illustrate the advertising model principle involved above.Finally,take the verification of system function and performance.
