Wireless information and power transfer technology is a combination of wireless communication technology and wireless power transmission technology,which is a frontier direction in the field of wireless communication.The technology is expected to be able to achieve parallel transmission of information and energy,which can ensure efficient and reliable transmission of information at the same time can collect radio frequency energy in the communication terminal,make full use of radio frequency resources and save energy consumption as well as realize communication coverage in special environment with low cost.The technology has a broad business application prospects.This paper first fully investigated the status quo of research on wireless information and power transfer systems and found that the related research is still in its infancy,and mainly focuses on the theoretical research of model optimization,and lacks the basic and applicable simulation and test platform.Then the content of wireless information and power transfer system is split,and the wireless energy harvesting technology and wireless communication technology are researched separately.On the basis of the above,this paper mainly completes the following two aspects:On the one hand,the energy harvesting simulation platform of wireless information and power transfer systems has been completed.Firstly,the requirements of wireless information and power transfer systems are fully analyzed.Then the concept of software design is used to design the framework for the energy harvesting simulation platform of wireless information and power transfer systems.The design principle is extensible and modular.Therefore,in order to ensure the scalability of the simulation platform,the entire platform module is split to complete the specific design of each sub-module.Matlab is used to achieve each sub-module.In order to verify the effectiveness of the simulation platform,optimized beamforming simulation of a typical single-relay full-duplex communication system is conducted on a simulation platform,and the results show that the simulation platform achieves the desired results.On the other hand,the energy harvesting test platform of wireless information and power transfer systems has been completed.According to the demand of wireless portable communication systems,the framework design of the test platform is completed,including the selection of each device and the software environment.The experiment platform was implemented based on GNU Rdaio,USRP and P2110 modules.Then the test of wireless information and power transfer systems is successfully completed in the experimental platform,including 2 × 1 MIMO communication test and energy harvesting test,which verified that the platform has practical experimental value.
